Bangladesh Marketing Day has recently been celebrated across the country with the theme of Combating Crisis. For the fourth time, the Marketers’ Institute of Bangladesh celebrated the day for the fourth time with millions of teachers, students and professionals in the country’s marketing sector.
Member Secretary of the Organizing Council Dr. Shariful Islam Dulu delivered the welcome address at the inaugural function. The convener of the organizing council Prof. Dr. Mizanur Rahman announced the inauguration of the main episode of the 4th Bangladesh Marketing Day. Mr. Sheikh Bashir Uddin, Managing Director of Akij Group, one of the best industrial enterprises in the country, delivered a valuable speech for the marketing family. The inaugural session ended with a vote of thanks by the Co-Convener of the Organizing Council, Prof. Dr. Syed Farhat Anwar.
In addition to the two-day virtual event, the event concluded with a festive atmosphere organized by more than a hundred educational institutions, alumni associations, corporate houses and professional organizations across the country. The two-day main event consisted of 4 keynote sessions, 6-panel discussions and a policy dialogue session.
During the program, the speakers highlighted the leading role of the concerned persons in the marketing sector during the Corona period and referred to all those involved in the marketing sector as front-line fighters as the marketing system of the country were kept afloat. More than one million people were, directly and indirectly, involved in the organization of the 4th Bangladesh Marketing Day.
