National Debate Federation Bangladesh (NDF BD), the central organization of Bangladesh’s debate movement, is going to hold the NDF BD Core 2.0 Debate Competition for the second time with the participation of debaters and organizers from all over the country. 30 selected debaters from all over the country will participate in this competition divided into 10 teams.
The inauguration ceremony will be held at Raihan School and College in Azimpur, Dhaka, tomorrow, Friday, August 5. Dr. Rafat Alam, the champion debater of the first inter-university debate in the history of the debate movement in Bangladesh and associate professor of McEwan University, Canada, will be the chief guest at the event.
Salma Begum, Moderator and Associate Professor of Government Titumir College Debate Club, Ashikur Rahman Akash, Secretary General of NDF BD, Engineer Osama Rashed, Convener and Co-Chairman of NDF BD Core to Zero, etc. will be present as special guests. The event will be presided over by national television debate champion debater, blue awardee from Dhaka University, and chairman of NDF BD AKM Shoaib.
Apart from this, a champion debater and tax commissioner FH Arif will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony. Rezaur Rahman Rizvi, Editor of The statement, Mahabub Hasan Ripon, Central coordinator & Co-chairman of NDF BD. MP Shuvro, Organising secretary of NDF BD will be present as Guest of Honor. Engineer Osama Rashed, Convener and Co-Chairman of NDF BD Core 2.0 will preside over the closing ceremony.
