Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD) has successfully organised the third session of its skill development initiative, ‘Campus to Corporate,’ on July 14, 2026. The session featured Mr. AFM Asif, Chief Executive Officer of Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd, as the guest speaker.
Building on the momentum of its previous highly successful iterations, the third session was held at UCBD’s Gulshan campus. Previous sessions featured corporate leaders such as Shadab Ahmed Khan, Managing Director of Coca-Cola İçecek Bangladesh, and M.H.M. Fairoz, Managing Director & CEO of Singer Bangladesh Limited.
As the guest speaker, Mr. Asif interacted with aspiring professionals, offering a practical glimpse into real-world corporate ecosystems. Drawing from his extensive career, he shared invaluable strategic insights, practical advice, and critical leadership lessons.
The interactive engagement highlighted the vital importance of gaining practical corporate insight and developing adaptable skill sets alongside traditional academic learning to enhance early-career employability.
Also, during Mr. Asif’s visit, UCBD and Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster experiential learning, internship opportunities, and robust career development for students.
