Environment Advisor Directs Effective Measures for Eco-friendly Building Construction and Pollution Prevention

Syeda Rizwana Hasan, Advisor to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, emphasized the need for constructing eco-friendly buildings in future projects under the ministry's departments. She stated that building designs should allow work to be done during the day using natural sunlight without the need for electric lighting. The buildings must also be designed to ensure adequate airflow. Additionally, environmentally friendly construction materials, such as block bricks, should be used.
