Southeast University (SEU) and United Hospital Limited (UHL) signed a Service Agreement on 06 June 2024 at SEU Conference Room, Tejgaon, Dhaka. The Department of Career & Professional Development Services (CPDS) of SEU organized the ceremony. Mr. Md. The first ever 'Embassy Cricket Carnival-2024' rolls on 7 June, Friday at the Bashundhara Sporting Complex. Oxfam in Bangladesh urged government to take necessary steps to establish a Climate-Risk Insurance (CRI) technical working group for farmers involving relevant ministries, departments, private sector and service provers. Also proposed to regulate and operate climate insurance initiatives to be in favour and reduction of 15% VAT, claim payment within 30 days for affected farmers.
