e-CAB signed a MoU with Singer Bangladesh to provide NFC smart cards

A MoU has been signed between e-CAB and Singer Bangladesh ltd on Tuesday (1 August 2023) to provide ‘NFC smart card’ free of its association’s members. Thru this sponsorship assistance e-cab is going to be the first association in Bangladesh among others as a frontier body to implement the Smart Bangladesh vision. e-CAB General Secretary Mohammad Abdul Wahed Tamal and Chandana Samarasinghe, Marketing Director of Singer Bangladesh Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. By this agreement, Singer will bear all expense of smart card design, development, and production cost. The card has a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip.
