Bangladesh digital payments startup TallyKhata selected for this year’s Visa Accelerator Programme

Visa, the world leader in digital payments, has selected digital payments start-up Tallykhata from Bangladesh for the 2022 cohort of its Visa Accelerator Programme in Asia Pacific. Joining a select group of five elite startups from across the region, TallyKhata is a leading digital payments platform with wallet and credit capabilities for small and micro-businesses in Bangladesh. It will support financial inclusion by developing new ways for small businesses to access credit lines and working capital. Winners of the last year’s Seeds for the Future program have recently paid a visit to the Huawei Bangladesh Headquarter located in the capital. In a special session during their visit the Head of Public Affairs and Communications Department, Yuying Karl, guided them in their further growth. Huawei keeps organizing different programs to do its bit to develop the talent ecosystem and equip the youth of the country with future-fit skills.
