Farjana Mehmud Upoma, a familiar face in the entertainment industry, has made a name for herself as both a model and an actress. With her exceptional acting skills, she has quickly won the hearts of audiences through dramas and web series.
Beyond acting and modelling, Upoma has also established herself as a successful entrepreneur. She runs Farjana Agro, an agro-business in her hometown, Khulna. Her farm specializes in livestock farming and fish production, and it also exports fish and crabs to international markets.
Upoma took a break from the media industry for a while but has returned with a new web series. When asked about her hiatus, she shared, “During the COVID-19 pandemic, working in the media became extremely challenging. Survival itself was difficult, and job opportunities were limited. That’s when I decided to start an
agro-business in Khulna, which I have been managing ever since. Please keep me and my business in your prayers.”
She also mentioned, “Alongside modelling, I have dedicated myself to my business and have found success in it. I hope to continue balancing both my business and modelling career. Please keep supporting me.” As Eid approaches, Upoma is busy with several exciting projects.
