Working within an abstract expressionist language, Avi Shankar Ain traces the subtle shifts of seasons as they move through both body and landscape. Rather than depicting change, the works inhabit it — capturing the slow warmth of lengthening light, the quiet density of cold settling into form, and the delicate tension between softness and severity as climates turn.
