
Bangladesh has added another international achievement to its growing list of creative successes as Sayma Sadia won the Gold Prize at the 25th World Beauty Art & Design International Contest, held in Seoul, South Korea.
Organized by the World Beauty Art Association , the prestigious annual competition brings together talented beauty artists, educators, and professionals from around the world to showcase excellence in makeup, beauty, and artistic design.
According to the officials during the award ceremony, Sayma Sadia received the Gold Prize in the Makeup – General Category , recognizing her outstanding artistic skill, creativity, and technical excellence.
Sayma is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Beauty Design at Woosong University, South Korea. She described the award as a significant milestone that has strengthened her confidence and inspired her to pursue even greater goals. Her dream is to work with internationally renowned beauty and cosmetics brands while specializing in Special Effects (SFX) Makeup—a creative field widely used in films, television, fashion, and theatrical productions. Through her work, she hopes to contribute to the global beauty industry while inspiring more young Bangladeshi artists to pursue international careers.

At this moment, I especially remember my parents and my sister, whose love, encouragement, and sacrifices have helped me reach this stage. Their belief in me has always been my greatest strength.” said Sayma Sadia.
