South Asia Foundation Holds Annual General Meeting

The Board of Governors of South Asia Foundation (SAF) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 30, 2024. The meeting took place at the Conference room of the Southeast University permanent campus. At the AGM, Mr. Rezaul Karim, the Board Chairman, was re-elected for the next two years term. Following his re-election, other office bearers were restructured for the same term. Under Mr. Karim's leadership, the AGM focused on strategic planning and financial matters, with the Board reviewing and approving the annual report and audit report. The board appointed an Auditor for the next financial year. The South Asia Foundation, the founding organization of Southeast University, also reaffirmed its commitment to making significant contributions to Bangladesh's development.
