Jahangirnagar University Debate Organisation formed a new executive committee for the next one year.
Farhan Anjum Karim of the government and politics department and Zillal Hossain Sourav of the history department of the university were made president and general secretary of the organisation respectively,
Former JUDO president Saimum Mousumi Bristy announced the new executive committee at the concluding session of the 16th founding anniversary celebration programme at university’s Selim Al Deen Muktamancha on Saturday night.
The other office bearers are vice-president Nur Ahmed Hossain Bindu, Jafar Imam, Taposhi Dey Prapti, joint secretary Monika Yesmin, Ratul Hasan, Sabuj Ahmed organising secretary Nirbachita Chakrabarty, co-organising secretary Mazhar Tahmid, treasurer Sajjadul Islam Nakeeb, information and communication secretary Redwan Ahmed, office secretary Istiaq Ahmed, publicity secretary Meherab Hossain Sifat and media secretary Jahid Iqbal Nabil.
