The Board of Directors of BRAC Bank has appointed Tareq Refat Ullah Khan as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the bank, effective from 2 September 2025. Mr. Khan has been serving as MD & CEO (Current Charge) since May 27, 2025. Earlier, in April 2025, he was promoted to Additional Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking in recognition of his leadership in driving innovation, business expansion, and organisational transformation.
