4 Acres of Forestland Recovered in Gazipur & 7 Illegal Brick Kilns Demolished in Tangail

Under the directives of the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, separate operations were carried out in Gazipur and Tangail to recover forestland and demolish illegal brick kilns. In the Bhabanipur Beat of Bhawal Range, Gazipur, 4.05 acres of reserved forestland were recovered by removing illegal structures. A total of 13 unauthorized houses and a boundary wall were demolished during the operation. The Forest Department, district administration, and joint forces participated in the successful operation.
