Southeast University (SEU), Bangladesh, and Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) on January 14, 2025, to promote academic and research collaboration between the two institutions. The signing ceremony was graced by SEU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, and UniMAP Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ts. Dr. Zaliman Sauli. Dr. Md.
