Oxfam in Bangladesh organized a workshop today to prevent money laundering (ML) and combating terrorism financing (TF) in the NGO sector who are working at Cox’s Bazar with the technical support of the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU). The workshop was chaired by Ashis Damle, Country Director of Oxfam in Bangladesh and the Chief Officer of BFIU Md. Masud Biswas participated as chief guest. On May 4, 2024, the National Bank Training Institute hosted a day-long workshop on 'Recovery & NPL Management.' Participants included personnel from the Special Asset Management Division and Branch Managers of NBL. Md.
