Shohoz to provide e-ticketing for women’s bus services in three cities
Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) is set to introduce dedicated bus services for women in three cities, with Shohoz taking the initiative to introduce e-ticketing to make travel more convenient, accessible and hassle-free for female passengers.
Shohoz.com and BRTC recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to introduce e-ticketing services for women’s bus services across 14 routes in Dhaka, Chattogram and Bogura.
The initiative is expected to make ticketing more convenient and reduce waiting time and other hassles for female passengers. By digitising the ticketing process, the service also aims to create a more organised and efficient experience for women using dedicated public transport services.
