Shohoz Limited has introduced e-ticketing services on Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC)’s women-only “Pink Bus” service, aiming to make public transportation more convenient, organised and technology-enabled for women passengers. Under the initiative, POS-based e-ticketing is now available on 14 women-only buses operating across Dhaka, Chattogram and Bogura.The service was formally launched recently at an event held at the Tejgaon BRTC Bus Depot. Through the new system, women passengers can purchase e-tickets quickly and conveniently using POS machines on board the buses.
