Sandocal by Novartis relaunched in Bangladesh
Sandocal, the calcium supplement brand from Novartis, is once again available in the Bangladesh market. A scientific seminar was held today, May 20, 2024, in the capital’s Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) to mark the relaunch of the country’s very first calcium supplement brand containing calcium carbonate.
Multiple eminent healthcare professionals from the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department of BSMMU graced the event with their presence. Prof. Md. Moniruzzaman Khan, Pro VC of BSMMU, and Prof. Dr. Abul Khair Mohammad Salek, Chairman of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department of BSMMU, joined the event, along with Fahmid Wasik Ali, Managing Director of Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited.
