One Team Unveils Panel for BASIS Elections
One Team has unveiled an 11-member panel to contest the upcoming elections for the executive committee of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), the national trade body for the IT industry. In a press release on Thursday, BASIS’s current president, Russell T Ahmed, announced the names of the candidates Russell T Ahmed himself, M Rashidul Hasan, Uttam Kumar Paul, AKM Ahmedul Islam Babu, Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan, M Asif Rahman, Didarul Alam Sunny, KAM Rashedul Mazid (General Category), Syed Abdullah Jayed (Associate Category), Biplob Ghosh Rahul (Affiliate Category), and Syed Mohammad Kamal (International Category).
