Mustafa Rafiqul Islam Duke has been appointed as the managing director of privately owned land phone Dhaka Telephone Company Limited (DTCL). At the same time, ATM Hayatuzzaman Khan became the chairman of the company. On Monday (November 4), the company's board of directors decided to appoint a new MD and chairman. This appointment will bring Dhaka Phone, the company's main business, to the light of day.
