Discussion and Photo Exhibition Held at Bangladesh University in Remembrance of July Uprising
Bangladesh University (BU), one of the country’s leading private universities, organized a discussion session and photo exhibition on Thursday to solemnly commemorate the historic July Mass Uprising. Held at the university’s auditorium, the event paid tribute to the martyrs and highlighted the pivotal role of students in the movement.
Freelance photographer and CEO of Bakol Otyabosshok, Tani Jesmin, was present as the chief guest. In her speech, she said, “The leadership and sacrifice demonstrated by students during the July Movement are rare in both national and global history. Private universities, including BU, played a significant role in the movement, which enriched our national heritage.”
