BRAC Bank honours coworkers for championing learning and development
BRAC Bank has honoured its coworkers who demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication to training and development in 2024.
The bank has introduced a recognition initiative styled 'Learning Luminaries Award 2024', to celebrate excellence in learning and development of the coworkers.
A total of 78 officials were recognised for their outstanding contribution as top trainers, high scorers in training evaluation, successful project team members and dedicated support division members fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
