BRAC Bank coworkers to get free mental health consultation from Moner Bondhu
BRAC Bank has partnered with Moner Bondhu, Bangladesh’s largest mental health service provider, to support the mental well-being of its coworkers.
Starting December 1, 2024, all coworkers, and their spouses and children will have access to free professional mental health counselling services.
The initiative provides a range of mental health support options tailored to the diverse needs of coworkers. From in-person counselling at the corporate office to online sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp, the programme ensures accessibility and convenience. The BRAC Bank coworkers can also visit any Moner Bondhu branch to receive counselling support.
