BRAC Bank ‘Aporajeyo TARA Scholarships’ to support 300 female students at Rajshahi University
BRAC Bank has recently expanded its 'Aporajeyo TARA Scholarships' program to provide financial assistance to 300 female students at the University of Rajshahi (RU).
This partnership was formalised during a signing ceremony held at the RU campus on February 16, 2025, where Professor Dr Saleh Hasan Naquib, Vice-Chancellor of RU, and Sabbir Hossain, DMD and Chief Operating Officer of BRAC Bank, inked the agreement.
During the ceremony, Professor Dr Naquib expressed gratitude to BRAC Bank, stating, "This initiative by BRAC Bank will have a lasting impact on the lives of our female students. It offers more than just financial assistance; it catalyses change, enabling our students to dream bigger and achieve greater milestones in their academic and professional journeys."
