Bangladesh Bank organises Bangla QR Workshop in Rajshahi to drive ‘Cashless Bangladesh’ vision
Bangladesh Bank, in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), organised an awareness workshop on Bangla QR in Rajshahi, as part of the national journey toward a Cashless Bangladesh.The session aimed to accelerate the implementation of the national Bangla QR standard and promote interoperable digital payments across the country. BRAC Bank served as the Lead Bank and successfully organised the event, as guided by Bangladesh Bank.Held at the Training Center of the Bangladesh Bank Rajshahi Office on 20 August 2026, the workshop brought together a diverse group of stakeholders.
