Bangla Bosoti Launches to Make the dream of Homeownership Attainable at Rent Costs
Bangla Bosoti, the country’s first modern township offering sustainable living, has officially launched near Aminbazar, adjacent to the proposed Dhaka-Hemayetpur Metro Rail Line. This innovative project enables buyers to secure land ownership with a saf-kabla deed by paying only 30% down payment and to build aesthetically designed duplex or triplex homes over the next five years through installments equivalent to average monthly house rent in Dhaka.
The launch ceremony, held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka, was attended by Ms. Sharmeen S.
