Rotary Club of Khulna Port City organized tree plantation and fingerling release at Alimul Millat Rahamatia Kamil Madrasha (Khalashi Madrasha) in Khulna on Saturday.
The initiatives aimed to promote environmental sustainability and community well-being.
The event was graced by Rtn. PP Molla Maruf Rashid, Deputy Coordinator, RIPSHA-Zone-5, Club Advisor Rtn. PP Rezaul Karim, Mr. AFM Nazmus Saud, Principal, Alimul Millat Rahamatia Kamil Madrasha, and club members including IPP, PP’s, under the leadership of Club President Rtn. Feroz Ahmed, PHF.
Rtn. PP Md. Akter Hossain, PHF served as the event chair and ensured smooth coordination of activities.
Prior to the service projects, a special prayer was held during the club’s regular meeting in memory of the students affected by the recent tragic incident at Milestone School & College, Dhaka.
The day reflected Rotary’s commitment to service, compassion, and community development.
