
To strengthen interaction between the university and its students and to receive direct feedback from them, Daffodil International University (DIU) organized a special session titled Meet with the Vice Chancellor on Monday, 13 October 2025, at Prof. Dr. Lutfur Rahman Hall of Knowledge Tower. Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir, Vice Chancellor of the university, presided over the session.
This was the first event of a series that will be held every semester under the same title. In line with the university’s student-centric motto, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir hosted the meeting to engage with students closely and listen to their perspectives.
Speakers and Participants
The session was also addressed by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Masum Iqbal, Pro Vice Chancellor; Prof. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Dean, Academic Affairs; and Dr. Mohammad Nadir Bin Ali, Registrar of the university. Students from various departments attended the event.
During the meeting, students had the opportunity to share their experiences, challenges, and constructive suggestions aimed at enhancing the learning environment and overall university experience.

Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir appreciated the students for attending the session and sharing their honest views and ideas. He praised their perseverance and positive attitude toward learning and encouraged them to face every challenge with courage and confidence.
Open Discussion with Students
In a lively exchange, students discussed their academic experiences, class and exam management, and other pressing issues. The Vice Chancellor responded to all questions and assured that the university administration remains committed to continuously improving its student-centric policies and practices.
The students expressed gratitude to the Vice Chancellor for arranging such an open platform, allowing them to communicate directly and express their opinions freely.
