CEMS-Global USA and CEMS Bangladesh have announced a major series of international trade exhibitions focusing on the construction, energy, and water sectors. The events will take place from November 13 to 15, 2025, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, remaining open daily from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Three Decades of the Build Series
The exhibitions will feature the 30th Build Bangladesh International Expo 2025 and the 24th Real Estate Expo 2025, marking the 30-year milestone of the Build Series. Over the past three decades, it has grown into Bangladesh’s largest and longest-running construction expo, showcasing building materials, modern housing solutions, construction technologies, and interior innovations.
With the construction sector contributing more than eight percent to GDP and the country’s growing urbanization, the Build Series continues to serve as a vital platform for stakeholders to explore emerging technologies and develop strategic partnerships.
Power Series and Renewable Energy Focus
CEMS-Global will also organize the 27th Power Bangladesh International Expo 2025, the 22nd Solar Bangladesh International Expo 2025, and the 7th Dhaka International Lighting Expo 2025. Collectively known as the Power Series, these events are recognized as Bangladesh’s largest and longest-running showcases for power generation, renewable energy, and lighting solutions.
The expos will highlight advanced technologies in power transmission, solar and renewable energy, and smart lighting systems—supporting the nation’s goal of transitioning to clean and sustainable energy.
Water Bangladesh International Expo
The Water Bangladesh International Expo 2025 will display state-of-the-art solutions for water and wastewater management, purification, desalination, and smart water systems. In line with national initiatives such as the Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100, the expo aims to promote collaboration among industries, government bodies, and technology providers to ensure sustainable water management and environmental resilience.

The exhibitions were officially announced at a press conference held at the CEMS Bangladesh Corporate Office in Dhaka on October 20. Meherun N. Islam, President and Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global for the USA and Asia-Pacific, briefed the media. She was joined by S. S. Featuring over five hundred booths and international pavilions, the exhibitions are expected to draw more than thirty-five thousand trade and business visitors. Technical seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions will also be held to explore global trends and innovations shaping the construction, energy, and water industries.
