Huawei has won three prestigious awards at Network X 2025, a global telecom and network technology event held in Paris. The event recognized outstanding achievements and innovations in the international telecommunications sector.
According to a press release issued by Huawei Bangladesh on Thursday, the company received the awards for Most Innovative Optical Transport Use Case, Best Network AI Solution for Fibre Networks, and Outstanding Green Fibre. These accolades reflect Huawei’s strong technological capabilities, continuous innovation, and leadership in the field of all-optical networks.
Huawei continues to drive innovation in optical transmission through breakthroughs in ultra-high-speed technologies such as 400G/800G, B1T transmission, C+L-band ultra-wide spectrum, and end-to-end OXC switching. These advancements are pushing industry upgrades and redefining performance standards in the telecommunications ecosystem.
The company’s progress in ultra-broadband data center interconnection and lossless transmission is enabling efficient scheduling and collaboration of computing power across regions. This advancement helps ensure the smooth distribution of computing resources and supports the expansion of the digital economy.
Empowered by intelligent technologies, Huawei has upgraded its Premium Broadband solution with an innovative Customer Experience Index (CEI) system that makes broadband user experience measurable and transparent. The system, supported by HBBMaster’s advanced diagnostic algorithms, automatically detects and resolves complex network issues to enhance user experience. These innovations earned Huawei the “Best Network AI Solution for Fibre Networks” award.
In addition, Huawei’s commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable innovation earned it the “Outstanding Green Fibre” award. Through intelligent optical line terminals (OLTs), optical network terminals (ONTs), and network management systems, Huawei applies fine-grained dynamic energy-saving technologies to optimize power efficiency and reduce energy consumption, contributing to greener, low-carbon networks.
Following the awards, Kim Jin, Vice President of Huawei Optical Business Product Line, said that Huawei remains committed to advancing all-optical network evolution and collaborating with global carriers to meet the challenges of the intelligent era and foster the growth of a smarter digital world.
