
Rajib Moni Das is a culture enthusiast—simultaneously a novelist, lyricist, and playwright. He is currently serving with dedication in an organizational role at the Playwrights’ Association. He has written numerous songs, short stories, poems, and novels. His notable novels include Baba, Tahar Jonno Ar Kono Chinta Nai, Ek Pashla Brishti, and the science-fiction title Mr. Brain, among others.
Since January 2009, he has written and produced more than 250 single-episode dramas and telefilms, 15 drama series, and over 30 television commercial concepts. A culturally driven personality, Rajib Moni Das continues to advance in every branch of the creative field through his own talent. He began writing during his school years. Although songwriting was his first passion, he devoted more focus to novels and drama scripts.
Among his novels, Baba, published at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2015, received wide acclaim from readers and generated significant discussion. He has also worked tirelessly to raise awareness on autism.

For his special contributions to the cultural arena, he has received numerous awards as Best Playwright. His notable recognitions include: BABISAS Award, TRAB Award, AJFB Award, Mother Teresa Award, Bioscope Star Award, BCRC Award, Sher-e-Bangla Golden Award, among many others.
He is also widely present as a judge. He has served as the chief judge of Miss & Mrs. Plus Beauty Show, Mr. and Ms. Glamour Looks, and the International Babhasi Film Festival, along with many other programs where he has showcased his expertise.
